3D Environments
3D environments are created within programmes such as unity
and blender, it involves using a variety of tools to create an open world for
film, TV and gaming. It is widely popular among the entertainment industry as
it allows us to bring peoples fantasies and imaginations to life. Whilst not
all are interactive, mainly being in the film industry for example, it still is
widely used across all of the industries.
3D Modelling
3D modelling is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any three-dimensional surface of an object either inanimate or living using a specialized software such as Blender. Games
everything within the gaming industry is considered 3 or 2 dimensional, and that 3D is considered common in today's video games among the gaming industry and is applied to the characters, objects etc to give them a 360'd angle wen modelling them within Blender.
TV
TV would occasionally have shows that consist of 3D animation that have been created on a software. One example from of a show that consist's of 3D animation/modelling would be the Wallace and Gromit.
Film
Whilst the film industry refers 3D to the pop out experience, 3D has become popular over the years within the film industry, and is applied to almost every film that comes out.
